Week 5: Twitter Tuesday

This week we got to play around with ChatGPT and creating anecdotes about the topics we’ve centered in on. I started by asking prompts like “tell me a true story about dog intelligence” or “tell me a true story about dogs and humans”, but kept having to ask for the stories to be made shorter. Eventually, Ms. ChatGPT got the gist of what I was looking for and the length of the story and gave me two interesting true stories about dogs and their memory, problem solving abilities, and ability to mimic humans which is similar to the articles I looked at Sunday. Here is my favorite story that the platform gave me!

Along with every twitter tuesday, we look to follow new people or organizations that would help us with our research and general information about our topics. One of my favorite accounts I followed today is @ModernDogMag, this account posts cool dog stories, dogs of the week (my favorite), and articles about various dog topics such as their behavior and cognition. I think this account will be really helpful for specific research topics about dogs! This week I also decided to look at some accounts that focused on birds, one of the posts I found interesting were about hummingbirds and how they’re able to assert dominance over their areas. I thought it was cool seeing the other side of research with the birds and interesting facts about them as well!

Overall, productive twitter Tuesday and ready to kick off midterms week and finish it as fast as I can!
